Okay, here's a chart I've created to help document what's been released. I'm giving you the RIF number and the Agency File Number. You'll need both if you're going to go to Archives II in person and you're trying to find documents. Then I tell you if it's Postponed in Part ( PIP ), Postponed in Full (PIF), or if its Open in Full. Next I give you The Date of Next Review, which means when further action should be taken, this was often after the ARRB sunset and I took it to mean that the document should be released open in full on these future dates, though that may not be the case. I give you the citation for where you will find this batch published in the Federal Register. I tell you if the Mary Ferrell Foundation has a copy of this document that you can download. And finally what Batch number it is.
I have a larger size scan to help you see better what the chart looks like.
And you can print that off, or you can print of the one below scanned as
a normal 8 and a 1/2 by 11 inches.
I'm going to do this for the 13 batches I have reviewed. And for the rest of the batches.
This is the way you do it Kelly.
